MTB3D has a lot of Experience with all sorts of 3D printers, slicers, CAD software, post processing and other related software.

The price indicated is a hourly rate.
How long it will take to repair the printer depends on the problems.
We have the folowing estimations:

- Cleaning the complete printer thoroughly of the extruder/feeder/electronics/heated bed: 1hour
- Switching Motherboard: 1hour
- Firmware update: 10 minutes

If you bring the 3D printer to us, we will always charge 30 mins of diagnostics, and try to fix the printing in that time. If that is not possible, we will contact you how to proceed.

After reparing the printer, we will make a small testprint to make sure the printers works propperly.

The easiest way for us if you could bring the printer to us, and if prefered you can wait while we repair it. You can also ship the printer, but we don't advise this since the printer might damage during transport.
