We send our packages out at 15:30, everyday Monday-Friday. If you order before this time and your print is finished before this time, it can be sent the same day. In all other cases, shipment will be processed on the next working day.

Sometimes, delivery can be delayed by our shipper PostNL, who may not deliver within 1 working day. Unfortunately we can’t do anything about this and luckily this does not happen often!

Our shipment costs are as follows:

PostNL, regular parcel; €7.95
PostNL, letterbox parcel; €5.95

Webshop orders above €100. include free shipping.

All prices are including 21% VAT.

Urgent shipments and shipments abroad are no problem. We can deliver prints personally or book a courier.

Packing

We always try to pack our orders sustainably and use as little new packaging materials as possible. We source materials that are easily available, (sometimes reused) and it may happen that your object is packaged using two boxes taped together. We endeavour to ensure your product is properly protected for the journey and take responsibility for it remaining undamaged all the way to your doorstep.
